Shade holds a B. Tech in Estate management from Federal University of Technology, Minna 2006. She is a graduate Member of Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV).

She is the Branch Manager of our Ikeja office. She joined the firm in the year 2008 and has acquired substantial and varied experience both in property Valuation, Property Portfolio Management and Real Estate Agency, spanning up to five (5) years.

Her core areas of expertise include: Property Valuation, Property Portfolio Management, Agency and General Real Estate Practice.
