Lekan holds HND in Estate management from Yaba College of Technology, Lagos (2001).

He is an Associate member of Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (ANIVS) and a Registered Member of Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON).

He is an Associate Partner in the firm. He joined the firm in the year 2003 and has acquired substantial and varied practical experience in property management spanning more than ten (10) years.

His core areas of Expertise include: Property portfolio management, property Development and finance, Valuation and General Real Estate practice.
