Ifeanyi holds an HND in Estate Management from Federal Polytechnic, Oko, Anambra State (1999).

He is a probationer member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV).

He is the Head, property management Eko Court Complex Victoria – Island Office. He joined the firm in the year 2003 and has acquired relevant experience property management spanning over four (4) years.

His core areas of expertise: Property Management Valuation and property Development and finance.
