Eniola is the Managing Partner of the firm who holds a B. Tech in Estate management from Federal University of Technology, Minna 1998.

She joined the firm in the year 2000, prior to her joining the firm; she worked with the Federal Inland Revenue Service Marina Lagos as Tax Assistant III.

She is an associate member Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (ANIVS) and a Registered Member of Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON).

Eniola has acquired varied Experience both in property management and real estate practice spanning more than fourteen (14) years of practical experience on the field.

Her core areas of Expertise include: property portfolio management, Property Development and finance, Valuation and General Estate practice.
